ColourPop Cosmetics – You Should See Me In a Crown Bundle | $45.00 (CF)
I stopped in my tracks when I saw the You Should See Me in a Crown ColourPop pressed single eyeshadow bundle. This singles bundle is the perfect embodiment of Fall. In fact, You Should See Me in a Crown is one of my all-time favorite fall palettes.

ColourPop Single Shadows were the gateway for me to try other single shadows. The colors selection and available finishes always fresh. Additionally, ColourPop frequently runs BYOP (Build-Your-Own-Palette) promotions. During these sales, consumers can fill an empty palette with single shadows at a discounted price.

However, ColourPop’s single shadows are not perfect. My biggest complaint with ColourPop is how frequently the brand discontinues shades. Moreover, a nearly identical shade will release with a new name. This makes it so hard to recommend ColourPop pressed single eyeshadows.
ColourPop Pressed Single Eyeshadow Collection Ranking
Unlike my ColourPop Palette ranking, I decided not to do an official ColourPop Pressed Single Eyeshadow ranking. However, I do have a few standout favorite shadows in my collection – Glass Bull, Snake Eyes, Tea Garden, and On a Whimsy. Within the ‘You Should See Me In a Crown’ bundle, my favorite shadows are Running Late, Mr. Sandman, Not Ok, and Martian.
As a self-proclaimed colorful eyeshadow addict, are my selections surprising? Although I love wearing bold, colorful eyeshadows, my day-to-day preferences tend to lean much more neutral.
Final Thoughts on my ColourPop Pressed Single Eyeshadow Collection
Single eyeshadows are a wonderfulalternative to purchasing pre-made palettes for creative makeup lovers or makeup lovers on a budget. Although the price per shadow may be higher when compared to a pre-made palette, makeup lovers who purchase single shadows save money in the longterm.
By investing in single shadows, buyers are less likely to purchase repeat shades. How many transitional browns and deep black shades do beauty lovers need repeated across palettes?
Building a ColourPop pressed single eyeshadow collection can save beauty lovers a ton. Not only are ColourPop’s shadows affordable, but many of the brand’s most iconic shades are available as singles.
Moreover, investing in a ColourPop pressed single eyeshadows is a more price-conscious strategy than buying every new palette released by the brand. Many shades are repeated throughout ColourPop palettes. By purchasing singles, buyers can avoid purchasing duplicate shadows.
Although there are nuances between various undertones or levels of pigmentation, many individual eyeshadows apply similarly to the eyelids despite looking different in the pan. Also, with a large collection of singles, it is easier to dupe new releases!
Disclaimer:I not intending to brag about my beauty collection or to show off any wealth. I work hard to buy what I own. Additionally, I rarely pay full price for beauty products. Moreover, my collection has grown over many years.
