The Best Fall-Inspired Eyeshadow Palettes November 3, 2019
There is nothing quite as beautiful as New England in the Fall; there is nothing quite like Fall-inspired makeup. Eyeshadows get warmer and richer; lipstick colors turn burgundy and brown. The crisp air makes it suitable for wearing glam without fear of products melting off your face. In today’s post, I’ll be sharing a curated selection of my best Fall-Inspired eyeshadow palettes.

The Best Fall-Inspired Eyeshadow Palettes
The best, most Fall-inspired shadows fall into three categories: (1) rich brown, grungy neutrals, (2) warm orange-red tones, and (3) grungy rainbows.

The Best Fall-Inspired Neutral Palettes
Rich Browns
Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam Palette | $42.00, CF
What can I say? The Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam Palette* is a “basic” neutral eyeshadow palette. It is made up of an array of warm-toned neutral shadows that create such effortlessly glamorous looks. In fact, this is one of my top-ranked Anastasia Beverly Hills Palettes.
Dose of Colors Baked Browns Palette | $32.00, CF
The Dose of Colors Baked Browns* 5-Pan Palette is a perfect warm-toned, all-matte eyeshadow palette for neutral eyeshadow lovers. This compact little palette
Dose of Colors Blushing Berries Palette | $32.00, CF
The Dose of Colors Blushing Berries* 5-Pan Palette is a dark, berry-toned, all-matte eyeshadow palette that still runs very neutral. This palette is a wonderful buy for anyone who is looking to dip her or his toes into colorful eyeshadows.

The Best Fall Eyeshadow Palettes – Warm Tones
Warm, Orange-Red Tones
ColourPop You Should See Me In a Crown | $40.00, CF
ColourPop’s You Should See Me In a Crown bundle is easily the brand’s best Fall-themed palette released this year. This pre-made single shadow bundle has much greater depth in tones and a wider range of colors than the other fall-themed releases. When I look at this palette, I can clearly see the vibrant, ever-changing autumnal leaves changing color.
Juvia’s Place Nubian Palette | $20.00, CF
Juvia’s Place Nubian Palette* will always hold a special place in my heart. The Nubian Palette is truly a vibrant, warm-toned palette that remains an interesting take on the classic neutral colors. Check out my review of the Juvia’s Place Nubian Palette.
KKW Classic Blossom | $45.00, CF
If orange tones aren’t your vibe then the KKW Classic Blossom Palette may be worth checking out. KKW Beauty’s Classic Blossom is an underrated palette full of classic, pink and berry-toned shadows in a full spectrum of light crease shades and deeper, smokier berry tones.
Persona Cosmetics Copper Color Theory Kit | $38.00, CF
As someone with a large collection, I’m a huge fan of micro-palettes and the Persona Cosmetics Copper Color Theory Kit is no exception. This mini 5-pan palette comes in a copper-themed kit with an eyeliner and eyeshadow brush. Although monochromatic, this highly curated, vibrant orange-copper kit creates many beautiful looks.
Also, overall, the Persona eyeshadow formula is a favorite of mine. Check out this review of the Persona Identity Palette or this review on the brand’s Season One Liquid Lipsticks and Season One Lip Glosses.

The Best Fall-Inspired Eyeshadow Palettes – Grungy Rainbows
Grungy Rainbows & Vampy Vibes
Anastasia Beverly Hills Subculture | $42.00, CF
Say what you’d like about the formula, but the Anastasia Beverly Hills Subculture Palette remains a stunning, a-typical rainbow palette perfect for the Fall season. These shadows do take work to build and blend on the eye. However, the color story is unrivaled for the Fall.
Sadly, this palette was discontinued. However, makeup lovers can readily find this palette at most off-price retailers in the United States. In fact, that’s where I purchased mine!
Anastasia Beverly Hills x Jackie Aina | $45.00, CF
The Anastasia Beverly Hills x Jackie Aina Palette deserved way more hype than it received. This color story screams fall, but with an unexpected purple twist.
ColourPop Good Sport | $16.00, CF
ColourPop’s Good Sport Palette remains one of the brand’s best curated and most beloved eyeshadow palettes. Like the Subculture palette, this 12-pan palette is an a-typical grungy rainbow palette that features everything from neutrals to greens and purples. Moreover, both neutral lovers and color lovers will be able to create gorgeous Fall-inspired looks.
Sadly, this palette was discontinued in 2020, but see where I ranked this palette within my ColourPop collection.
Melt Cosmetics Gemini Palette | $58.00, CF
The Melt Cosmetics Gemini Palette is easily one of my favorite palettes in my collection. This palette enables wearers to create the most grungy, green and neutral looks. Moreover, the range of olive and pukey-colored shadows of this palette inspired countless copycat palettes. Each shade is vibrant, creamy, and easy to blend out or pack onto the eye.

Final Thoughts on my the Best Fall-Inspired Eyeshadow Palettes
At the end of the day, makeup and clothing no longer have to be seasonal. Nevertheless, there is something about the changing of the leaves that makes me want to mimic that with my beauty choices. Ultimately, each of these palettes enables wearers to bring a little bit of autumn on their eyelids.

These palettes are so pretty! Love an autumn look 🍂 xx
Me too – Fall makeup is some of my favorite.
These are some really awesome recommendations. I’m glad you included different categories of fall colours because it’s so true that they all fit the criteria. I agree about the Jackie Aina palette because I’ve been using it like crazy all throughout autumn. These are some gorgeous palettes and I can imagine you can create some really stunning looks with them!
Alex xxx
Jackie’s palette really deserved way more hype than it got. Like this is such a stunning palette and could have been major for Fall, but I feel like people overlooked it due to the Norvina palettes.
Exactly! I will always stand by that, and you know what she’s taken it with such grace too. Like she’s giving her palette a moment and so’s her community but damn everyone else should too. She’s worked so hard for this and then it got downplayed
All these palettes are so so so stunning! I probably own 85% of them too and the other 15% is on my wishlist lol. Love them all!
LMAO I’m not surprised. Also, I put the KKW Classic Blossom Palette next to my Lorac Unzipped and they are SO similar. I haven’t done swatch comparisons yet b/c I’m afraid that I bought an identical palette lol!
Oh shit, my Lorac Unzipped palette is on its way lmao! Now I’m afraid to do comparisons as well lol
Your flatlays are SO GORGEOUS I just can’t omg. I love love orangey red tones, they all look really nice tbh! <3
ahhh thank you, girl! I love the orange tones too!! 😀
Love all these palettes the colours are all beautiful and very fall!
I think so too! 🙂
These all look so pretty! I love fall colors, so I can definitely see myself wearing these year-round. I didn’t realize Colourpop had a palette called “you should see me in a crown”. It reminds me of my favorite Billie Eilish song haha. And that Gemini palette looks AMAZING; I can see why it would be one of your faves. I need to keep an eye on ABH palettes too, they seem so gorgeous but I have yet to try one out.
