The Bad & The Boring Tag was created by Swedish YouTuber, Lisa Lobotomy. However, I discovered this tag when I saw my fave, the color queen herself, Angelica Nyqvist, do this tag on her channel.

1 | A foundation finish you don’t like?

2 | The worst mascara you have ever tried?
Most mascaras work on my lashes because they’re long and black. Therefore, I don’t recall many horrendous mascaras. The only mascara that comes to mind was a terrible one from Rimmel.
However, I will say that I do not enjoy waterproof mascara. They are a pain to remove. Check out the the mascaras in my huge collection.
3 | One thing you tried once and then thrown away?
The Wet ‘n Wild Color Kohl Liner in Calling Your Buff was so stiff and painful that I tossed this after one time. It genuinely hurt my eye trying to use this liner. For more on products that I didn’t enjoy check out my mid-year declutter or my Worst of 2018 Roundup.
4 | The most boring eyeshadow palette you own?
Charlotte Tilbury’s The Dolce Vita Palette is probably one of the most boring “palettes” I own. This little quad doesn’t produce a wide variety of looks since each shade is a mid-tone brown, copper, or bronze.
5 | A makeup trend you think is boring and want to go away?
I’m tired of seeing creators on Instagram and YouTube doing challenges and applying their makeup with random household objects… from forks to shoes to silicone inserts. I want to see makeup artistry again.
6 | The worst liquid lipstick you have tried?
I genuinely do not understand how Kat Von D’s Everlasting Liquid Lipstick reached cult classic status. It is the driest, most uncomfortable formula I have ever tried. 7 | What color do you think is the most boring one?
Gray is the most boring color to wear on the lids. The wrong shade of gray can make me look like the walking dead. That being said, I still wear gray clothing and eyeshadow all the time.
8 | What brand do you think is coming out with the most boring things?
Nothing that Morphe releases ever appeals to me.
9 | Which step in your makeup routine is the most boring one?
My brow routine is easily the most boring step in my routine. I pretty much rock the same brow look every day. Also, I try to use up my brow products before trying something new. As a result, there is very little variation in what I use on a day-to-day basis.
10 | If you had to choose between: – A good base and a bad eye look or – A bad base and good eye look which one would you chose?
I would much rather rock a good base with a bad eye look. I remain self-conscious about my skin. Plus, even, radiant skin can easily outshine a bad eye look.
