Few brands encourage my impulse shopping habits more than ColourPop. Not only does the brand create inexpensive, high-quality products, but they constantly release new collections in-line with the latest beauty trends. Also, this already-affordable Cruelty-Free brand constantly holds promotions that make it even easier for customers to buy quality makeup at an affordable price. In today’s post, I’m sharing my huge ColourPop Cosmetics Haul.
A Little Context on my Collective ColourPop Haul
Overall, I am a die-hard fan of ColourPop’s Pressed Powder Palettes and Super Shock Eyeshadow formula. However, up to this point, I’ve tried little else from the brand. Happily, I grabbed a ton of goodies from the brand during their last few on-site promotions.
Nevertheless, I need to add a disclaimer that I picked up a lot of stuff. I am not trying to brag or boast, but share my honest spending habits. Keep in mind that I paid very little for each product and some things were even free. Keep on reading for my huge ColourPop Cosmetics Haul.
Huge ColourPop Cosmetics Haul
ColourPop Palettes & Eyeshadows
In 2017, ColourPop launched their line of pressed single shadows. With this launch, the brand catapulted into fame. Over the years, the brand continued to release palettes and single shadows at a rapid-fire pace. Currently, I own 3 pre-made palettes a ton of pre-made palettes. and some single shadows. Customize Palette
Of the shadows I picked up this past season, my favorite new addition is my customized palette. At the time, each shadow cost $4.00 and the empty palette was $7.00.
The above being said, I regret purchasing the small palette. Instead, I should have opted for a larger size.
ColourPop Single Eyeshadow Collection
ColourPop x iLuvSaraii Through My Eyes Palette
ILoveSarahii is one of my favorite beauty creators, so I needed to pick up the Through My Eyes Eyeshadow Palette ($23.00) when this palette launched this past holiday season. Although the color selection isn’t groundbreaking, it is a beautiful “spicy neutral” palette with pops of green and red. collaboration with ILuvSarahii. Although the shade selection isn’t groundbreaking, the palette is versatile and great for making neutral looks and bold looks with a pop. ColourPop Through My Eyes Palette
Monochromatic Palettes
Ooh La La! & It’s My Pleasure are the two newest babies added to my collection. Again, I purchased these palettes on sale, like nearly everything else on this list.
From a performance and color selection standpoint, I am head over heels for these two monochromatic palettes. At $12.00, these palettes truly are unbeatable.

ColourPop Ooh La La Eyeshadow Palette
However, at the time this range was originally introduced, I was disappointed that the brand began to move away from cardboard packaging. Obviously, plastic is less environmentally friendly than cardboard.
Super Shock Shadows
To this day, the Super Shock Shadows remain my favorite ColourPop release. Not only is the formula unique, but the shade variation spans the rainbow. Also, the wet-to-powder formula adds a breathe-taking, high-intensity shine to the lids.
This past season, I purchased the Double Rainbow Kit ($25.00, now discontinued), but still have a full review on the Double Rainbow kit. Check it out for swatches and honest thoughts.
My only complaint with the Super Shock Shadows is their bulky packaging. The unique formula requires this bulky, air-tight packaging to prevent the shadows from drying out due to air exposure.
KathleenLights Zodiac Collection Loose Pigments
Honestly, I’ve never been a huge fan of loose pigments. They are messy and hard to work with. Nevertheless, I wanted to pick up every shade that ColourPop released in collaboration with KathleenLights.
In the end, I only picked up The Archer and The Ram from the KathleenLights Zodiac Loose Pigment collection ($6.00 each, now discontinued). I didn’t want to spend $70.00+ on a formula that was newly released.
P.S. Keep in mind that these pigments may cause staining. More specifically, these two pigments are likely to stain the eyelids if worn without an eye primer.
Jelly Much Shadows
I’ve yet to try any jelly shadows or highlighters. However, as someone with oily skin, I’m always down to try a product that promises to be crease-proof. I grabbed the shade, Half Moon ($8.00, now discontinued), a duo-chrome plum shade with a frosty blue-green shift.
The Jelly Much Eyeshadow in Half Moon is ridiculously pigmented. It spreads across the eye with ease. It is easily applied with a brush or a finger and plays well with powder shadows.
Sadly, the Jelly Much Shadows have a really short shelf-life. In fact, Half Moon expired and dried out within less than 12 months. See swatches of this Jelly Much Shadow and others from the ColourPop x Disney Villains Collaboration in my Single Shadow Ranking.
ColourPop Eyeliners & Mascaras
Cream Gel Liners
Surprisingly, I’ve never tried any of ColourPop’s Gel Eye Liners. Therefore, I jumped at the chance to pick up two unique purple shades when the brand created a purple-themed, Make It Reign eye bundle. Sadly Cry Baby and Piggy Bank are both discontinued now. ($5.00 each)
BFF Mascaras
Y’all I lost my mind over the BFF Mascaras ($8.00). Again, KathleenLights’ reviews tend to really influence my beauty purchases. I always want to try any mascara she loves. Her lashes always look breathtakingly long and voluminous.
That being said, Kathleen has such a close relationship with the brand. Therefore, I watched JKissa’s Mascara Try-On before making my purchase.

2020 Edit: These mascaras are nothing to write home about. I would only purchase more from the line if there was a unique color released that I wanted to try.
ColourPop Cheek Products
Pressed Blush & Bronzer
During the brand’s 20% off sale, I picked up two pressed powder cheek products from the brand. I grabbed the powder blush in the shade Main Chick and the powder bronzer in the shade Opening Act ($7.00 each, both discontinued).
At the time of this review, I was unaware that the ColourPop blushes and bronzers did not come in a compact. Therefore, I had to wait a bit to play with these. That being said, when I did get a chance to play with these two products I was not impressed.
Both products provided subtle pigmentation. Sadly, I ended up decluttering the bronzer after it developed hardpan that could not be fixed. Even though I couldn’t fix my powder bronzer, try this method to easily remove hardpan.
ColourPop Pressed Powder Cheek – Opening Act & Main Chick
Super Shock Cheek Products
Despite my oily skin, I love using creme products. Not only are creme or creme-to-powder based products easy to apply, but they melt into the skin.
During my huge ColourPop Cosmetics Haul, I grabbed two Super Shock highlighters and a blush. Originally, I wanted to try the highlighter in Flexitarian but ended up settling on the shades Lunch Money ($8.00) and Smoke ‘N Whistles (now discontinued).
Overall, the highlighter formula is impressive. It provides a high-shine, impactful looking glow. Fans of metallic highlighters may not love these shades. See where these landed in my glowing highlighter ranking.
Sadly. the Super Shock Blush in Thumper left something to be desired. In the pan, the product looks vibrant. However, Thumper was hard to apply to the cheeks. In fact, building pigmentation was nearly impossible.

Liquid & Bullet Lipsticks
To be candid, I do not love the ColourPop lip formula. Moreover, I downright dislike the brand’s ultra glossy lip gloss and ultra matte liquid lipsticks. Both typically feel uncomfortable and look unflattering on my lips.
However, the brand sent me a free liquid lipstick ($6.50) due to unforeseen delays in shipping my order. This gesture definitely made a positive impact. I was not expecting to receive this item. Moreover, I was not upset at the slight shipping delayt.
Although I dislike the matte liquid lipstick formula from ColourPop, I heard positive reviews on the brand’s bullet lipsticks. Therefore, I decided to purchase the rich brown shade, Friends ($7.00, now discontinued). Also, I purchased the Lippie Pencil in the shade Pitch (deep brown). Sadly, Pitch is discontinued, too (originally $5.00).
Fourth Ray Beauty Freebies
I received quite a few goodies that I’m excited to test. Specifically, I received, a mini Fourth Ray Come Clean Cleansing Duo, the All-Star Setting Spray, and a small shader eyeshadow brush!
Since my huge ColourPop Haul was written, I tried each of the freebies I received. Only the flat shader brush impressed me!

Final Thoughts on my Huge ColourPop Cosmetics Haul
As a brand, I love that ColourPop enables makeup lovers across socio-economic classes to experiment with makeup without worrying about breaking the bank.
Overall, throughoutmy purchases ColourPops gained my trust. In fact, every experience with the brand has been professional, prompt, and positive. Even mistakes were quickly rectified and made good!
However, I feel uneasy about the brand’s fas fashion business model. The brand’s affordable price point, frequent sales, and constant new releases make it really easy to spend a lot of money without realizing it. Also, I HATE how frequently the brand discontinues products. Often times, similar or identical shades or products are released.
Personally, ColourPop encourages the hyper-consumeristic, online shopping addicted part of me to spend more than I should. Moreover, anytime the brand holds a sale I lose my mind. Money just flies out of my wallet.
Nevertheless, despite the huge array of products featured in this huge ColourPop Cosmetics haul, I spent very little money. All-in-all, the amount I spent was less than $250.
