I'm tired of spending all my time and energy doing things that don't add value to my life or bring me joy, so my hope with this challenge is to learn how to better prioritize my life so that I have time to do the things that make me happy.

While reading one of my favorite minimalism blogs, Be More With Less, I came across #theBusyBoycott. This challenge is meant to encourage simple living and help us change habits that are detrimental to our physical and mental well-being.
