I love flat lay photography, whether a photo is focused on plated food, makeup mess, clothing pieces or books. Not only do I love viewing flat lay photography, but it is my favorite type of content to shoot for my blog. Admittedly, when I first started shooting flat lays I felt super discouraged. My work felt subpar to the amazing flat lays that I saw all over Instagram; however, I kept plugging on.
