As a little kid, I remember hearing Selena’s pop-crossover songs on the radio. 📻 🎶 However, it wasn’t until I was a little but older when I saw the biographical Selena movie that I truly understood the magic, charisma, and talent of Selena. 🌹

She was taken from this world far too soon, but her legacy certainly lives on. And her music still feels so timeless. I still feel so much joy listening (and badly singing along) to her music. 🎶 ✨

I loved the way that MAC incorporated Selena’s iconic, bedazzled bustier design onto the outer packaging in the latest MAC collection. 💎 💋

Honestly, @tartecosmetics Tarte has been high key killing it lately with their newest releases. 🙌🏻 After hearing a rave review from another makeup-loving friend, I knew I needed to try Sea Breeze Cream Bronzer. 🌊 🌊

And so far I’m impressed. 👏🏻 👏🏻 Also, the light blue compact just screams summer to me.

I may have oily skin, but I’ve been loving all the new cream products hitting the market. I feel like creams melt so beautifully into the skin to provide the most natural flush of color to the face. 🌞

2019 was all about micro-palettes, 6-9 pan palettes in ultra compact sizes ideal for traveling & for creating simple, everyday looks.

However, it wasn’t until this year that I finally picked up one of the @fentybeauty Snap Shadows Palettes. I grabbed No.3 Deep Neutrals. This has been a great little palette for Zoom calls & professional meetings. 💗
.

Overall, I like this compact little palette. The mattes are the standouts in this palette. They’re super easy to build up on the eyes. 👀 The shimmer formula is a standard shimmer finish ✨ - no wet or foiled finish.
