I love flat lay photography, whether a photo is focused on plated food, makeup mess, clothing pieces or books. Not only do I love viewing flat lay photography, but it is my favorite type of content to shoot for my blog. Admittedly, when I first started shooting flat lays I felt super discouraged. My work felt subpar to the amazing flat lays that I saw all over Instagram; however, I kept plugging on. Guess who's back, back again? LP's back - hello friends! 😀 Hi friends - I am so THRILLED to be back at it, reading and writing blog posts. To those I am connected with on social Twitter, this explanatory post may seem redundant to you, but I wanted to make sure my friends on WordPress understand that I didn't abandon my blog or suddenly ghost them. After an excruciating June, I took a much-needed, abrupt blogging break where I stopped writing, posting, and promoting my blog, as well as reading and commenting on other blogs.
Although I focus primarily on beauty-related content, as a beauty blogger, I love partaking in blogger tags. Whether I've been tagged in a fun challenge or nominated for a blogger-to-blogger award, I'm always so grateful to be a part of this creative community and feel such a sense of joy that I'll get to nominate other bloggers.

In today's post we'll answer some tough "Would You Rather" style questions!
