I was consumed by the hype and hysteria of the Fourth of July sales that went on earlier this month. Mood wise, I'm a mix of excited, anxious, and guilty because I spent way beyond my means this month. Nevertheless, I chronicle my spending journey on my blog, so I wanted to share this big, Cruelty-Free beauty haul.
Unfortunately for beauty-lovers, gently-used makeup isn't the same as pre-worn shoes or clothing. Although gently-used products aren't the easiest to re-home, there are quite a few ways to donate or sell sanitized products that are still in good condition. Please keep reading to discover what types of beauty products can be easily cleaned and donated or re-homed.
Look at this stuff - isn't it neat? Wouldn't you think my collection's complete? Wouldn't you think I'm the girl... the girl who has everything? Without a doubt, ColourPop is one of the most addictive, trendy beauty brands in the beauty game because of the brand's ability to create incredibly high quality, beautifully packaged products at prices that do not break the bank. Needless to say, I was stoked when I saw that ColourPop was collaborating with Disney to launch an all-new collection inspired by the Disney Villains. But does this collection live up to the hype? Guess who's back, back again? LP's back - hello friends! 😀 Hi friends - I am so THRILLED to be back at it, reading and writing blog posts. To those I am connected with on social Twitter, this explanatory post may seem redundant to you, but I wanted to make sure my friends on WordPress understand that I didn't abandon my blog or suddenly ghost them. As a beauty blogger and lover, I'm constantly trying out new cosmetic, skincare and hair care products. However, over the past 2-3 years, I've been attempting to reign in my shopping and work through what I own through a comprehensive inventory system, periodic No-Buys, and yearlong Project Pans. The below products are beauty items that I have decluttered this past Spring, excluding those products that I am currently trying to sell on Poshmark. Although the total number of products decluttered is not greater than the number of new items that entered my collection, I still view this declutter as a small victory. It takes a lot of mental toughness to think critically enough to declutter beauty products, because of the personal attachment I place on these goodies. Please keep reading to see what I moved out of my collection this Spring!
